I can tell you that this lady is breaking the law by giving veterinary advice on administering a procedure to provide medical care to an animal in distress. In BC this is restricted to those who are registered veterinarians, as per the British Columbia Veterinary Medical Association, and is liable to be sued for misrepresenting herself as someone trained to give this advice.</description>

One thing I noticed though, it says that hens are allowed in Burnaby.  The following is a quote from a clerk at the City Licensing Office:

&quot;Unfortunately hens or chickens are NOT ALLOWED  in any residential zones per the Burnaby Zoning Bylaw governed by our Planning Department.  Hens or chickens are only allowed to be located in our agricultural zones.  &quot;
