I’ve been advised that consideration of the backyard hen bylaw change has been deferred until after the Olympics. So, we do not need to attend at City Hall this Thursday, February 4, 2010. I’ll let you know when the matter has been rescheduled.

Dane

Hi Dane,
I’d love to talk to you about pushing city hall through this last hoop to pass the bylaw. I am building chicken coops (outside of vancouver for now) and am anxiously waiting to learn of the revised coop “code,” so I can market them within the city. Not to mention I want chickens of my own.
Give me a call sometime at 604-251-0996 if you can.
Thanks,
Duncan
Any word on when hens will be back on City Council’s agenda?

Thanks for the information regarding the policy updates.
Just wondering about the City of North Vancouver, (a friend told me not too long ago that in the city of NVan we can, but in the district we can’t)
