I&#039;d love to talk to you about pushing city hall through this last hoop to pass the bylaw.  I am building chicken coops (outside of vancouver for now) and am anxiously waiting to learn of the revised coop &quot;code,&quot; so I can market them within the city.  Not to mention I want chickens of my own.
