eastvanchicken: There is a feed store in Cloverdale Called Newmac feeds 17967 56 Ave Surrey BC, V3S 1E2. Its off HWY 10 so faster than heading to Langley or Aldergrove. They have everything you will need. Give them a call first to make sure stock is in though.

Phone #: 604-576-2848

Mary: you can use wood shavings for bedding material. We have never used hay and got on just fine. I think its softer to be honest.

I'm looking for some bedding material.
Where might I find straw or straw bale in the Vancouver area?
Are there other materials that people are finding work well too?
Cheers!

As I am running out of pullet started (and need some grower) and didn't want to head out to the valley, I called the Vancouver Tisols but sadly they said they didn't carry any. Is Westway the closest feed distributor?
